A UNIQUE AFRICAN EXPERIENCE
Tigerfish caught in the vicinity of Tamarindtree Zambezi River Lodge
Chalet overlooking the Zambezi River and the Redcliffs
Elephants on the river bank

The mighty Zambezi River, spectacular views, a profusion of birds, wild life, excellent fishing especially Tigerfish, breathtaking African sunsets and the ever present cry of the Fish Eagle awaits you at Tamarind Tree Zambezi River Lodge.

Tamarindtree Zambezi River Lodge has been located to ensure guests will experience the beauty of the Zambian bush in seclusion, and the remoteness of the Lodge site on the Northern bank of the Zambezi River in the Zambezi Valley, contributes to the spirit of the "Real Africa".

Approximately 6 kilometers west from the Lodge lies the wild and relatively undeveloped Lower Zambezi National Park and 30 kilometers to the east are the upper reaches of the massive Cahora Bassa Dam.

A stay with us in this spectacular area will leave you with unforgettable memories whether it be the excitement of tiger fishing, the thrill of game viewing from an open boat or just relaxing beside the Zambezi.
